Giuffre accuses Prince Andrew in the lawsuit of knowing her age and of understanding that she was a sex-trafficking victim staying forced to engage in sexual functions with him. Giuffre explained she feared disobeying Epstein, Maxwell and Prince Andrew “thanks to their effective connections, wealth, and authority,” courtroom paperwork state.
